The Pete du Pont Freedom Foundation (PDFF) is accepting applications for the next Equitable Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (E3) cohort in Kent County, Delaware starting on August 14, 2023. Business owners who are interested in receiving professional support to grow and scale their companies are encouraged to submit their applications.

E3 was created to support entrepreneurs, at all levels and across industries, in identifying opportunities to grow their businesses. In the last two years, PDFF has invested in 43 businesses through six open application cycles.

Applicants accepted into this cohort will participate in a flexible five-week workshop that will analyze their business operations, identify and address growth challenges, and develop a prioritized action plan to reach their entrepreneurial goals. Additionally, cohort participants will receive an array of benefits, including tailored leadership coaching, human resources support, strategic planning, guided-decision making from C-Suite leaders, and access to educational resources and invitations to PDFF events.

“If you’re unsure of the next steps in your business, but you have an optimistic vision for your future, apply for the E3 program to develop a map that will help guide you towards your expected end,” said Daneya Jacobs, Co-Founder of Candy Connections and E3 participant.

Entrepreneurs who are not invited to join this cohort or who are not geographically eligible to apply for this round can receive access to the benefits described above by joining E3 as a member. Memberships start at just $150 per year. To learn more, visit petedupontfreedomfoundation.org/e3.
